Position : Executive - Administration

Reporting To: Assistant Manager - Administration /HR

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Infrastructure & Facility Operations
Execute day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of SSSK buildings, bungalows, hostels (Chatravas), staff quarters, and residential facilities.
Coordinate routine and breakdown maintenance of electrical, plumbing, sanitation, water supply, and safety systems.
Liaise with vendors and technicians to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
Hostel & Residential Operations (Chatravas)
Implement SOPs for hostel operations ensuring safety, hygiene, discipline, and well-being of students.
Supervise housekeeping, dining, sanitation, and basic medical coordination for hostel residents.
Enforce child protection norms, visitor control, fire safety, electrical safety, water safety, and cleanliness standards.
Staff Attendance, Reporting & Workforce Management
Monitor daily attendance, in-time/out-time, leave management,



and work reporting of all SSSK staff including housekeeping, mali (gardener), caretakers, security, and hostel staff.
Ensure transparent communication and adherence to assigned roles and responsibilities.
Maintain attendance registers, duty rosters, and performance records.
Hostel (Chatravas) Student Records & Documentation
Maintain, verify, and update all records related to Chatravas students including admission details, attendance, health records, and statutory documentation.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting.
Vehicle Management
Implement approved vehicle policies and allocation plans.
Maintain vehicle logs, driver attendance, and trip documentation.
Ensure timely renewal of insurance, permits, servicing schedules, and statutory compliances.
Report deviations, incidents, or misuse to the Seniors.
