We are expanding in Nagpur and looking for energetic Field Sales Executives to drive sales of our residential water softener systems for independent houses and villas.

Key Responsibilities:
Door to Door Visits - Customer locations across Nagpur region
Meet homeowners and explain water softener advantages
Conduct free basic water hardness testing at customer site
Demonstrate product features and explain solutions clearly
Convert leads into confirmed sales
Collect booking amount and complete order documentation
Follow up with interested prospects
Coordinate with installation team for smooth execution
Maintain daily visit and sales reports
Top performers can earn ₹50,000 to ₹1,50,000 per month
1 to 4 years experience in field sales / direct sales / home sales
Strong communication and convincing skills
Comfortable travelling within Nagpur
