Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Mechanical Assistant to support the engineering team in the assembly, fabrication, and maintenance of robotic systems and mechanical components. The role involves hands-on work in mechanical assembly, soldering, testing, and supporting engineers in day-to-day project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist engineers in mechanical assembly and installation of robotic systems and components.
Support soldering, basic wiring, and component fixing during system assembly.
Help in fabrication, drilling, fitting, and workshop-related activities.
Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of mechanical systems.
Support prototyping of mechanical parts and assemblies.
Help in product assembly, machine setup, and system integration.
Maintain tools, spare parts,



and materials inventory required for projects.
Assist in preparing basic documentation, checklists, and BOM support.
Ensure workshop safety and quality standards are followed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
ITI / Diploma or related field.
Basic understanding of mechanical systems, tools, and workshop practices.
Knowledge of soldering, basic wiring, and mechanical assembly.
Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
Basic understanding of technical drawings and mechanical components.
Valuable teamwork and communication skills.

Valuable to Have:
Experience in robotics, automation systems, or machine assembly.
Basic exposure to CAD software such as SolidWorks.
Experience in workshop work, fabrication, or prototyping.
