Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Relations Executive to handle customer communication, support client requirements, and maintain good relationships with customers in the manufacturing industry.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Coordinate with production and sales teams for order updates
Maintain customer records and follow-up details
Resolve customer complaints and provide timely support
Share product, delivery, and service information with clients
Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationship management
Prepare reports and update CRM data regularly

Required Skills:
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM)
Problem-solving and coordination skills
Ability to work in a team setting

Preferred:
Experience in customer service or client handling
Manufacturing industry experience is an added advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
