Home Depot Store enquiry support.
HD Slab Warranty help-line.
Special Order Sales Operations and Services.
NFM Store enquiry support.
Answering web based customer queries.
Perform additional duties as required and or requested.
1 - 4 years of experience in French Voice Process.
Should be a quick learner.
Goal-oriented, motivated self-starter, with excellent organizational skills and Strong problem solving skills
Robust attention to details and Good follow up skills.
Ability to work effectively with other organizations and individuals at all levels with mínimal supervision and assumes accountability for issues until final resolution.
Versatile to night shifts is mandatory.
