Requirements:
Must be B.A. LL.B (Hons.) qualified:
Handling mutation cases, land conversion, and ROR-related work
Practical experience in Mutation, BL&LRO; procedures, and Land Records (West Bengal):
Solid expertise in legal drafting (Agreements, Affidavits, Deeds, etc.)
Good knowledge of local land laws and documentation
Ability to handle client matters independently
Preferred:
Prior experience in property/land-related legal work
Familiarity with Banglar Bhumi portal & mutation processes
