Meet clients to understand project requirements, preferences, and budget.
Develop design concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts.
Prepare detailed drawings including:
Layout plans
Furniture layouts
Electrical & lighting plans
Ceiling & flooring plans
Select materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and accessories.
Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants (MEP, civil, etc.).
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design implementation.
Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Resolve design and execution-related issues in office.
Stay updated with latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
