Key Roles & Responsibilities
Student Counseling: Provide one-on-one sessions for stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, etc.
Academic Guidance: Help students manage study pressure, exam stress, and career confusion
Crisis Intervention: Support students during emergencies (panic attacks, trauma, etc.)
Workshops & Awareness Programs: Conduct sessions on mental health, time management, coping skills
Career Counseling: Guide students in choosing career paths based on their interests and strengths
Confidential Support: Maintain privacy and build trust with students
Pay: ₹11,948.66 - ₹37,743.92 per month
