Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary homeroom teacher and mentor for assigned students.
Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that supports academic and personal growth.
Plan and deliver lessons in accordance with the IGCSE curriculum and school guidelines.
Monitor student progress, behavior, attendance, and overall well-being.
Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student performance and development.
Manage classroom activities, assessments, and daily administrative responsibilities.
Encourage inquiry-based learning, creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking.
Support students in developing discipline, confidence, and interpersonal skills.
Participate in school events, meetings, training sessions, and extracurricular activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills
B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.




Experience teaching in Cambridge/IGCSE curriculum is preferred.
Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Valuable organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in using educational technology and digital learning tools.
Prior experience as a Homeroom Teacher in an international or IGCSE school is an advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
