Key Responsibilities
Assess patients' physical conditions, mobility limitations, and rehabilitation requirements.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical evaluation and patient goals.
Provide physiotherapy treatments, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, electrotherapy, and rehabilitation programs.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
Educate patients and caregivers on exercise programs, posture correction, ergonomics, injury prevention, and recovery strategies.
Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment documentation.
Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Ensure compliance with professional, ethical, and clinical standards.
Participate in patient follow-ups and progress reviews.
Maintain treatment equipment and ensure a safe clinical workplace.
Key Skills Required
Robust clinical assessment and treatment skills.
Knowledge of musculoskeletal,
neurological, orthopedic, and sports rehabilitation techniques.
Excellent communication and patient counseling abilities.
Ability to create personalized rehabilitation programs.
Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
Empathy, professionalism, and a patient-centered approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) required.
Valid Physiotherapy Council registration/license.
Knowledge of rehabilitation protocols and physiotherapy equipment.
Fluency in English preferred.
Knowledge of Tamil and Hindi is an added advantage.
