Job Responsibilities:
Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms.
Monitor inventory and coordinate stock updates.
Process and track customer orders.
Handle marketplace operations on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
Coordinate with logistics partners for timely deliveries.
Analyze sales reports and prepare performance summaries.
Manage product pricing, promotions, and discounts.
Resolve customer queries and marketplace-related issues.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Attention to detail and data management skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
