Timings: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Miduty is a rapid-growing nutraceuticals company dedicated to improving health and wellness through scientifically formulated health supplements and skincare products. We’re currently looking for a Operations Executivewho can manage customer queries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via chat and calling.
Provide accurate, detailed information about our products, services, and general inquiries.
Resolve complaints and escalate issues to the relevant team when needed
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Maintain accurate documentation, files, and system entries related to operations




Analyze operational data and prepare MIS, reports, and trackers

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Ability to handle chat & calls efficiently
Robust customer service mindset
Empathy, patience, and problem-solving ability.
Excellent multitasking and follow-up abilities
Proficiency with Excel/Sheets and basic CRM tools
Attention to detail and structured approach to work
