Job Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions through voice support.
Address customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards.
Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
Follow process guidelines and company policies.
Eligibility Criteria
Any Graduate can apply.
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in BPO/Voice Process is mandatory.
Relevant experience documents are required.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Hindi - Mandatory
English - Valuable Communication Skills
Ability to communicate effectively in both Hindi and English
Salary Package
Take Home Salary: ₹17,000 per month
