Job Summary

Responsibilities:
Understand patient requirements and lifestyle needs related to hearing difficulties
Guide patients regarding suitable hearing aid products and accessories
Explain hearing aid features, benefits, pricing, and usage in a straightforward manner
Coordinate with audiologists and clinic staff for smooth patient handling
Assist patients during hearing aid trials and follow-ups
Maintain patient records and product-related documentation
Support after-sales service coordination and patient satisfaction activities
Stay updated about current hearing aid technologies and products

Eligibility Criteria: Educational Qualification
B.Sc.
BCA
B.Tech
B.Com

Freshers are welcome.

Desired Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to learn healthcare and hearing aid technology




Positive attitude and patient-handling ability
Ability to explain products confidently
