Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
IndiaMART & Lead Management
Handle inquiries received from IndiaMART and other online platforms:
Share quotations, catalogs, and pricing details
Convert leads into confirmed sales orders
Instagram & Social Media Handling
Manage Instagram messages, comments,



and customer inquiries
Upload regular posts, stories, and reels
Coordinate with design team for social media creatives
Maintain active engagement with customers online
Tele Calling & Follow-ups
Call current and existing clients regularly
Maintain proper daily follow-ups with leads
Ensure no inquiry remains pending
Build robust customer relationships through regular communication
Customer Communication
Maintain excellent spoken and written communication
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products
Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions
Maintain skilled behavior with clients at all times
Sales Coordination
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams regarding orders
Update customers about delivery timelines and order status
Maintain inquiry and sales records in Excel or CRM
