As a Back Office Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team through effective tele-calling and communication. You will leverage your technical background and persuasion skills to enhance our sales processes and contribute to achieving our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Calling & Lead Generation:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with existing leads to ensure continued engagement and conversion.
Client Communication:
Maintain transparent and effective communication with clients, addressing inquiries and providing detailed information about our products/services.
Ensure all client interactions are logged and updated in the CRM system accurately.
Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement sales initiatives.
Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and follow-up communications to clients.
Persuasion & Negotiation:
Utilize solid persuasion skills to convert leads into sales prospects.




Negotiate terms and conditions effectively to close deals and achieve targets.
Reporting & Analysis:
Monitor and report on sales metrics and performance.
Analyze market trends and client feedback to provide actionable insights.
Documentation & Record Keeping:
Ensure all sales documentation and client records are up-to-date and accurately maintained.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations for sales meetings.

Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) or related technical field.
Experience: Proven experience in tele-calling or inside sales roles, preferably within a back-office environment.
Communication Skills: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Persuasion Skills: Demonstrated ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
