About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Social Media Executive who can take end-to-end ownership of creating content while also driving performance marketing initiatives. This is a dynamic role that goes beyond basic posting, you will be involved in ideation, scripting, shooting, editing, experimentation, and campaign execution, along with supporting on-ground activations such as pop-ups and events.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Execution
Plan and execute engaging social media content across Instagram and other relevant platforms
Develop compelling scripts for reels, advertisements, and brand storytelling
Shoot and edit short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
Stay updated with trends and adapt them effectively for the brand
Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity
Performance Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google
Track key performance metrics such as ROI, CAC, and CTR
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, and audience targeting




Create high-performing ad creatives
On-Ground & Growth Activities
Attend pop-ups, events, and activations to capture real-time content
Coordinate with vendors and partners for shoots and collaborations
Support offline marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility
Strategy & Analytics
Analyse content and campaign performance on an ongoing basis
Identify high-performing strategies and scale them effectively
Recommend and test new content formats and growth experiments

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Business, Current Media, Public relations etc.
At least 2 years of experience in social media, content creation, or performance marketing
Robust video shooting and editing skills (mobile-first experience is acceptable)
Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities
Comfortable working in rapid-paced,
