Role: To oversees the daily production of hard-shell suitcases (ABS/Polycarbonate), ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.
Core Responsibilities
Production:Operate thermoforming machines, create schedules, and meet deadlines
Quality: Enforce QC procedures and inspect finished luggage before shipment.
Cost & Materials:Order raw materials, reduce waste, and control operating expenses.
Safety: Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and labor laws
Leadership:Supervise workers, train staff, and resolve conflicts
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s in mechanical/industrial engineering or business administration
Experience:5+ years in manufacturing operations
Skills:Knowledge of ABS materials, thermoforming machines, robust leadership, and analytical abilities.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
