Roles & Responsibilities:
Acquire and manage clients while ensuring effective grievance handling and relationship management.
Explain trading strategies, company policies, and market risks to clients in a clear and skilled manner.
Generate daily prospects through telephonic, video, and text-based communication.
Conduct client sessions on risk profile management and trading strategies.
Coordinate with Digital Marketing and Research teams to provide the best client experience and support.
Stay updated with global market trends and current affairs to effectively guide investors and traders.
Achieve monthly targets through lead generation and client acquisition activities.
Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication skills with a confident, enthusiastic, and proactive personality.
Solid understanding of Global Financial Markets, especially Forex & Comex.




Good command over English communication along with sales and marketing skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
Strong relationship management and client handling abilities.
Prior experience in International Sales, Financial Services, Marketing, or Global Markets will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
