Identify emerging technologies and assess their relevance to the organization.
Provide technical vision and leadership across all technology functions.
Advise executive leadership on technology investments and digital transformation.
Engineering & Product Development
Oversee software development lifecycle (SDLC) and ensure best practices.
Lead architecture design, system scalability, and performance optimization.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and technical solutions.
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Operations teams.
Infrastructure & IT Management
Manage cloud infrastructure, servers, networks, and cybersecurity frameworks.
Ensure system uptime, data security, and disaster recovery planning.
Implement DevOps and automation best practices.




Team Management
Recruit, mentor, and manage engineering and IT teams.
Establish performance standards and conduct regular evaluations.
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
Security & Compliance
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.
Oversee risk management and cybersecurity measures.
Develop IT policies and governance frameworks.
Budget & Vendor Management
Prepare and manage the technology budget.
Evaluate and negotiate with vendors and technology partners.
Optimize cost efficiency while maintaining system performance.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per hour
