The MICE Executive role is a blend of Sales and Operations.
Business Development: Identifying and acquiring recent corporate clients by promoting travel packages and event services.
Proposal Creation: Designing customized itineraries, costings, and themes that align with a company’s corporate culture.
End-to-End Logistics: Booking group flights, hotel blocks, local transportation, and specialized venues (convention centers).
Vendor Negotiation: Working with DMCs (Destination Management Companies), hotels, and airlines to secure bulk rates and maximize profit margins.
In office Management: Traveling with the group to ensure the event runs smoothly, from airport transfers to gala dinners.
