Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Dispensing & Patient Care:
Dispense medications as per doctor prescriptions accurately.
Explain dosage, usage, and possible side effects to patients.
Ensure proper labelling, packaging, and storage of medicines.
Verify prescriptions for accuracy and legality.

Inventory & Stock Management:
Maintain stock levels and ensure availability of essential medicines.
Monitor expiry dates and remove expired or damaged stock.
Place orders and coordinate with suppliers/vendors.
Maintain proper records of stock and inventory.

Compliance & Safety:
Follow pharmacy laws, regulations, and hospital policies.
Ensure proper storage conditions for drugs (temperature, humidity).
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the pharmacy.

Administrative Duties:
Maintain billing records and assist in pharmacy accounts if required.
Prepare reports related to medicine usage and stock.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses,



and other healthcare staff.

Required Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (D. Pharm / B. Pharm).
Valid pharmacy registration/license.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinic or hospital pharmacy.

Attention to detail and accuracy
Valuable communication and patient counselling skills
Inventory management skills
Basic computer knowledge

Preferred Skills:
Experience in hospital or day care clinic pharmacy
Familiarity with pharmacy management software
Knowledge of billing and basic accounting

Working Conditions:
May include rotational shifts

Salary:
Competitive salary based on experience, qualifications, and location

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
