MadhuNova Healthcare is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Lab Assistant to support laboratory operations and assist lab technicians/pathologists in sample collection, testing procedures, and maintaining laboratory hygiene and records.
Assist in collection and labeling of blood, urine, and other samples
Prepare samples for laboratory testing
Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of laboratory equipment and work areas
Support lab technicians during diagnostic procedures
Record patient information and test details accurately
Handle and dispose of biomedical waste as per safety guidelines
Ensure proper storage of specimens and lab materials
Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and report shortages
Intermediate / Diploma / Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) preferred
Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety standards
Positive communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in shifts if required

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
