Responsibilities:
The Contract Ops Specialist III plays a key role in supporting UKG’s recurring revenue operations through the accurate and timely administration of Subscription and Maintenance contracts.



This role is responsible for executing contract renewals/invoicing‑related activities, ensuring precision in service contract billing, quoting support, and maintenance of customer entitlements.

With a solid focus on operational accuracy and process adherence, the Contract Renewal Specialist III processes renewal transactions efficiently and in accordance with established policies and timelines. Through consistent attention to detail and dependable execution, this role supports monthly revenue recognition, invoice scheduling, and contract integrity—helping ensure reliable financial outcomes and a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Contract Processing:
Consistently execute Subscription and Maintenance contract renewals with precision, supporting timely invoicing and accurate monthly revenue recognition.
Work closely with Customer Renewal Reps / Account Managers to ensure renewal is quoted in a tim
