Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to US clients/customers for information verification, follow-ups, and confirmations.
Handle inbound calls and respond to basic customer queries in a qualified manner.
Collect, verify, and update customer or business information accurately in systems.
Schedule, confirm, or reschedule appointments as required.
Maintain accurate call logs, notes, and reports.
Follow predefined call scripts and compliance guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure task completion.
Ensure data confidentiality and accuracy at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent spoken English with explicit pronunciation (neutral accent preferred).
Robust listening, comprehension, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and maintain accurate records.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
