We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
Perform audience research, targeting, retargeting & lookalike audience setup
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, and landing pages
Monitor daily performance and adjust budgets for maximum ROI
Set up Meta Pixel, conversion tracking & event management
Coordinate with design & content teams for ad creatives
Create engaging ad copies and campaign strategies
Generate weekly/monthly performance reports and insights




Stay updated with Meta Ads trends, policies, and algorithm changes

Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager & Business Suite
Robust understanding of lead generation & conversion campaigns
Knowledge of audience targeting, funnels & retargeting
Basic knowledge of Google Analytics & tracking tools
Creative thinking for ad copy and creatives
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
