Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and online platforms.
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions.
Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships.
Work closely with recruitment and business development teams to achieve targets.
Stay updated on market trends and industry opportunities.

Required Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong internet research and data collection abilities.
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Experience in lead generation, sales, telemarketing, customer service, or business development is a plus.





Preferred Skills
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Understanding of recruitment and staffing services is an advantage.
