Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Management
Handle customer inquiries and walk-ins professionally.
Follow up with leads generated through Meta Ads, Google, WhatsApp, and referrals.
Convert inquiries into bookings through effective communication and relationship building.
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the service journey.

Operations Management
Coordinate daily workshop and detailing operations.
Schedule vehicles and allocate jobs efficiently.
Ensure timely delivery of vehicles while maintaining quality standards.
Monitor workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks.

Sales & Business Development
Identify opportunities to increase sales and customer retention.
Recommend suitable services such as PPF, coatings, detailing, paintwork, and maintenance packages.
Develop and execute ideas to improve business performance.

Team Coordination
Coordinate with technicians, detailers, and support staff.




Monitor productivity and maintain workplace discipline.
Ensure processes are followed consistently.

Administrative Duties
Prepare quotations, invoices, and job cards.
Maintain customer records and service history.
Track inventory and coordinate procurement when required.
Generate periodic reports on sales and operations.
Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
Robust leadership and organizational abilities.
Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced setting.
Customer-focused mindset.
Basic computer proficiency (Excel, WhatsApp, Google Workspace, CRM software).

Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in the automotive industry, automobile dealerships, service centers, detailing studios, workshops, or related fields.
Experience managing teams and customer-facing operations.
Proven ability to drive sales and improve operational efficiency.
