Role Overview
We are looking for a CRM Executive who will manage customer relationships, handle customer interactions effectively, and ensure a smooth customer journey from inquiry to support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize CRM software - customization, workflows, reports, and user support.
Maintain data hygiene and accuracy within CRM.
Generate CRM insights to improve customer retention and experience.
Collaborate with sales and support teams to streamline processes.
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with CRM Softwares (modules, automation, reporting).
Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of customer support tools and processes.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Experience:
CRM: 2 years (required)
