Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in inventory management, vendor coordination, reconciliation, and data maintenance. The role involves supporting end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring accurate inventory records, vendor follow-ups, data accuracy, and smooth material movement across locations.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure stock availability and accuracy
Perform regular inventory reconciliation (physical vs. system stock) and resolve discrepancies
Coordinate with vendors for purchase orders, deliveries, follow-ups, and issue resolution
Maintain and update supply chain data, reports, and records in ERP systems and MS Excel
Track inward and outward movement of materials and ensure proper documentation
Prepare MIS reports and present supply chain data in a structured and analytical manner




Support procurement and logistics activities as required
Ensure compliance with company processes, documentation standards, and audit requirements
Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, inventory, or logistics roles
Strong understanding of inventory management and reconciliation processes
Experience in vendor coordination and follow-ups
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Excellent data management and data presentation skills
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas, data analysis)
Valuable communication and coordination abilities
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
Graduation in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field
Experience working with ERP systems
