Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
Surface Preparation: Prepare furniture components for finishing by sanding, filling imperfections, cleaning, and masking areas as needed to ensure optimal adhesion.
Mixing & Color Matching: Accurately mix paints, stains, lacquers, hardeners, and thinners according to exact specifications and formulas to achieve consistent color and finish matching.
Equipment Maintenance: Clean, maintain, and troubleshoot spray guns, hoses, and spray booth filters daily to ensure equipment longevity and safety.
Quality Control: Inspect finished pieces to ensure they meet strict company quality standards for texture, gloss level, and durability before moving to the assembly or packing phase.
Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) like respirators,



and ensure the protected storage and disposal of hazardous chemicals and solvents.

Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Spray Painter or Finisher specifically within furniture manufacturing or woodworking.
Hands-on expertise with various finishing materials, including PU, Duco, Melamine, stains, and veneers.
Robust understanding of spray equipment operation, calibration, and maintenance.
Excellent attention to detail and color vision for matching specific design requirements.
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced production environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
Knowledge of workplace safety and chemical handling procedures.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
