We are now looking for a talented Sous Chef / Jr. Sous Chef to join our growing culinary team and help shape exceptional dining experiences every single day.

What You’ll Be Doing
Assisting in managing end-to-end kitchen operations and daily service




Leading and mentoring kitchen staff to maintain performance and efficiency
Ensuring consistency, presentation, and quality across all dishes
Managing inventory, food costing, wastage control, and kitchen SOPs
Supporting menu innovation and seasonal culinary development
Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
Coordinating with service and management teams for smooth operations
Taking ownership of kitchen responsibilities in the absence of the Head Chef

What We’re Looking For
Experience as a Sous Chef / Jr. Sous Chef in premium restaurants, lounges, hotels, or hospitality brands
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Passion for contemporary cuisine and modern kitchen culture
Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume setting
Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food costing, and inventory systems
