Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Mechanical Design Engineer Intern to join our engineering team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product design, sheet metal engineering, and manufacturing processes while working on live projects under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in designing 3D models and detailed engineering drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Support the development of sheet metal components, enclosures, and mechanical assemblies.
- Prepare manufacturing drawings, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and DXF files.
- Work with the engineering team on product development and prototype validation.
- Coordinate with production teams to understand manufacturing processes and design improvements.
- Assist in implementing Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles.
- Participate in product testing, documentation, and design revisions.
- Support engineering documentation and revision control.

Requirements





- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Eligibility

- Final-year students or recent graduates in B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Basic knowledge of SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Understanding of engineering drawings and mechanical design concepts.
- Knowledge of sheet metal design and manufacturing processes is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced engineering environment.
