About the RoleThe JSS EV Centre of Excellence is seeking a passionate and technically proficient EV Technical Trainer & Program Engineer to deliver industry-oriented training programs in Electric Vehicle technologies. The candidate will mentor engineering students, faculty, and industry professionals while contributing to curriculum development, laboratory management, and industry collaboration initiatives.
This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, practical implementation experience, and teaching capability to prepare learners for careers in the rapidly evolving electric mobility sector.
Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic & Training
- Deliver classroom and laboratory sessions for EV certification programs
- Teach undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma students, and industry professionals
- Conduct hands-on laboratory sessions using EV hardware and software platforms
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, quizzes, and practical assessments
- Evaluate student performance and mentor capstone projects
- Support Skill Enhancement Courses (SEC), FDPs, and bootcamps
Curriculum DevelopmentDevelop and continuously improve modules covering:

Laboratory Responsibilities
- Maintain EV laboratory equipment
- Manage batteries and charging systems safely

- Coordinate procurement requirements

- B.E./B.Tech in:
