Score Merit is looking for a Master Trainer to lead our Public Speaking facilitator certification program — training and certifying the educators who deliver live speaking, storytelling, debate, and communication classes to K-12 students across the globle.

What you'll own:

? Deliver our 30-hour Trainer Certification pathway (teaching philosophy, child development, online classroom management, lesson architecture, speaking, storytelling, debate, persuasion, leadership, feedback & coaching)

? Run live coaching sessions — teach-backs, micro-lessons, simulated classes, and mock debates

? Score and calibrate trainer readiness using rubrics and practical evidence (not just theory)

? Conduct final demo-class certifications before trainers go live with students

? Give structured, evidence-based feedback.

What we're looking for:





✅ Robust public speaking / communication training background (ToT, or academic)

✅ Experience training or coaching adult learners, not just students

✅ Comfortable running live, timed practice sessions and scoring against a rubric

✅ Excellent presence, voice, and audience-awareness — you'll be modeling what you teach

✅ Prior ToT (Train-the-Trainer) or facilitator certification experience is a must
