You will be responsible for handling daily outlet operations, customer service, billing, food preparation support, and maintaining cleanliness standards. Training will be provided for all required tasks and systems.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Operations
Welcome and assist customers professionally.
Take customer orders accurately and provide menu guidance when required.
Handle billing and cash/card payments using POS systems.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the outlet.
Coordinate with team members to maintain service quality and speed.

Food Preparation & Service
Assist in preparation and serving of food & beverages as per outlet standards.
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
Ensure ingredients, supplies, and packaging materials are properly stocked.
Follow operational guidelines and recipes provided during training.

Outlet Maintenance & Support
Maintain cleanliness of counters, kitchen areas, equipment, and seating areas.
Report inventory shortages or maintenance issues to supervisors.




Support outlet opening and closing activities.

Qualifications & Requirements
Previous experience in food service, café, restaurant, retail, or cashier roles is preferred but not mandatory.
Valuable communication and customer handling skills.
Basic understanding of billing and cash handling.
Must be punctual, responsible, and willing to learn.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
Team-oriented attitude with a skilled approach.

Training will be provided for food preparation, billing systems, and outlet operations.
Shift timings may vary depending on outlet operations.

Pay: ₹16,500.00 per month
