Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Telesales & Operations Intern to join our team at Diraaz. This paid internship offers hands-on exposure to sales execution, customer relationship management, and operational workflows within a rapid-paced startup workplace. The intern will play a key role in managing leads, tracking on-ground sales data, and ensuring a smooth sales feedback loop. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build strong foundational skills in sales, CRM systems, and business operations.

Duties
Conduct telesales outreach through calls to potential and existing customers
Manage and maintain lead pipelines, including follow-ups and customer feedback
Track and compile data from on-ground sales activities and report insights
Use CRM tools to update, organize, and monitor sales and customer interactions
Ensure complete lifecycle management of leads (initial contact to closure and feedback)
Assist in daily operational tasks supporting sales, packaging,



and delivery teams
Coordinate with team members to improve efficiency in sales and operations

Skills
Strong communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets for data tracking
Familiarity with CRM tools (or willingness to learn quickly)
Positive organizational and data management abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain consistency in follow-ups
Self-driven attitude with a willingness to take ownership

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
