What we’re looking for:
Strong skills in video editing (Reels, Ads, YouTube content)
Positive sense of storytelling, pacing & transitions
Basic understanding of social media trends
Ability to work rapid and creatively
Bonus if you:
Have experience with ad creatives
Understand hooks, retention & viral content
Can bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas
