Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom and practical training on 5G network concepts and telecom project supervision.
Explain project planning, site coordination, material handling, and reporting.
Conduct practical demonstrations on site safety and field activities.
Prepare lesson plans, training schedules, attendance, and assessment reports.
Guide trainees on project documentation, DPR preparation, and daily progress reports.
Conduct mock interviews and placement readiness sessions.
Maintain lab equipment and training resources.
Ensure compliance with SSC/NSDC training guidelines.

Required Skills:
Valuable knowledge of telecom project execution and 5G networks.
Solid communication and leadership skills.
Ability to conduct classroom and field-based training.




Positive understanding of project documentation and reporting.
Basic computer skills and presentation ability.

Trainer Qualification
Graduate in any discipline, preferably Science, Electrical, Electronics, IT, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Telecom - 5G Networks domain.
Certified Trainer mapped to Qualification Pack MEP/Q2601 v3.0 with minimum 80% aggregate score.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
