Job description:
Location: Punjabi Bagh, Delhi
Working Hours: 09:30 AM - 07:30 PM

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Caretaker who has hands-on knowledge of multiple maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general household/site upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform basic electrical work (wiring, fittings, minor repairs)
Handle plumbing tasks (leakage fixing, pipe maintenance, fittings)
Carry out carpentry work (minor furniture repairs, fittings)
Assist in tile work and general maintenance tasks
Ensure overall cleanliness, upkeep, and maintenance of the premises
Coordinate with external vendors/technicians for major repairs
Monitor and maintain tools, equipment, and supplies

Requirements:




Basic to intermediate knowledge of multiple technical skills (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
EXCELLENT IN NEGOTIATION
SELF DECISION MAKER
SELF STARTER
Prior experience in a similar caretaker/maintenance role preferred
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Responsible, trustworthy, and disciplined
Must be physically fit and ready for hands-on work
