What The Flex is Hiring - CRM Intern
Responsibilities:
Updating and maintaining customer data in the CRM system.
Assisting in segmenting customers based on purchase history and behaviour
Preparing daily/weekly CRM performance reports.
Responding to customer queries or feedback and escalating issues when necessary.
Requirements:
Pursuing/Completed degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Valuable with MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Solid communication skills & attention to detail.
Eager to learn CRM tools and strategies.
Job Types: Full time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
