About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Vice Principal to support the overall academic and operational leadership of a CBSE school. This role requires a robust academic leader who can manage daily school functioning, mentor teachers, maintain discipline standards, and support admissions and parent engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Support implementation of the CBSE curriculum and academic planning
Monitor teaching quality, lesson execution, and student performance
Conduct teacher observations, training, and evaluations
Oversee day-to-day school operations, discipline, and coordination
Handle parent communication and support student grievance resolution
Assist in admissions activities and retention initiatives
Coordinate with academic, operations, and administrative teams
Ensure smooth execution of school policies and compliance standards





Who Can Apply
10+ years of academic experience with minimum 3 years in a leadership role (Vice Principal / Academic Coordinator / HOD) in a CBSE school
Solid understanding of academic operations and school management
Experience mentoring teachers and managing teams
Positive communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience handling parents, student discipline, and school coordination
Comfortable using digital tools (Google Suite, basic Excel)

Pay: Up to ₹2,300,000.00 per year
