Role Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Worker Support & Application Assistance
Guide users on document requirements, photograph uploads, and mobile verification.
Help fill out details such as work history, employment category, and family/dependent information.
Scheme Awareness and Navigation
Educate workers about available welfare schemes (e.g., health, education, housing, pension, maternity, etc.).
Navigate different government platforms and interpret Hindi/English content to users with low literacy.
Document Verification and Upload
Scan, validate, and upload required documents such as Aadhaar, bank passbooks, ration cards, and certificates.
Ensure proper categorization and file-naming conventions for document uploads.
Follow-up and Status Tracking




Coordinate with Labour Inspectors or officials for approval processes or issue resolution.
Record Maintenance & Reporting
Generate and submit periodic reports as directed by KSK administrators.

Required Qualifications:
Educational Qualification: Minimum PUC (12th pass); Degree preferred.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in Hindi; Basic English understanding helpful.
Technical Skills:
oFamiliarity with using smart phones, computers, scanners, and printers.

oAbility to navigate government portals and fill digital forms.

Desirable Attributes:
Empathy and patience in dealing with low-literacy or elderly workers.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in community outreach, help-desk, or social service roles.
Commitment to transparency and ethical service delivery.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
