Job description:
Maintain updated records of hostelers, room occupancy, and hostel inventory.
Oversee all hostel activities, including student admissions, room allocation, and check-in/check-out.
Handle student complaints, medical emergencies, and behavioral issues with sensitivity and firmness.
Provide first-line support for student issues.
Manage housekeeping, security, kitchen, and maintenance staff
Ensure timely, hygienic, and nutritious meals as per the student schedule.
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student behavior, health, and progress.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree (preferred in Management, Education, or Hospitality)
Prior experience in hostel/residential facility management preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work with adolescents and young adults compassionately yet firmly
Basic computer proficiency
Solid organizational and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Hostel management: 2 years (required)
