Job Title : Senior Systems Analyst

Experience : 4 to 6 Years

Roles & Responsibilities
Monitor and manage production support activities using Unix/Linux and SQL.
Handle Incident Management and Change Management processes as per ITIL standards.
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.
Execute production deployments, change requests, and system maintenance activities.
Maintain operational documentation, incident records, and support reports.
Participate in rotational shifts and provide support for critical production environments.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding incidents, outages, and change implementations.

Requisites
Strong hands-on experience with Unix/Linux commands and SQL.




Positive understanding of Incident Management and Change Management processes.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional approach.
Stable career history with consistent employment.
