Key Responsibilities:
Lead & manage end-to-end business operations
Drive team performance, productivity & process efficiency
Develop SOPs and improve operational workflows
Monitor MIS & CRM, reports & business KPIs
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
Resolve escalations and ensure operational excellence
Build strategies to improve performance & business growth
