Job Description:
Deploy and maintain cybersecurity solutions.
Troubleshoot endpoint and security product issues.
Support incident investigations.
Assist with upgrades and patching activities.
Develop basic automation scripts.
Prepare deployment and troubleshooting documentation.

Coordinate with OEM support teams for issue resolution
