Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux operating systems.
Configure and maintain Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
Manage Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and Group Policies.
Install and maintain antivirus, firewall, and endpoint security solutions.
Perform regular system updates, security patches, and backups.
Monitor server health, storage utilization, and system performance.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and printer-related issues.
Provide technical support to employees through remote and onsite assistance.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Support VPN, remote desktop, and remote access solutions.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and warranty services.




Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
Maintain disaster recovery and backup procedures.
Document technical procedures, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, and network troubleshooting.
Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy.
Experience with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration.
Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions.
Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
