Profile: Outbound Sales - Insurance
Salary: 20,000 -35,000

Location: Janakpuri East

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Promote and sell company products or services.
Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Generate, qualify, and convert leads into sales.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain relationships.
Handle customer objections professionally and effectively.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Update customer information and call records in the CRM system.
Upsell and cross-sell products/services whenever applicable.
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Should have experience in insurance
Minimum 6months of experience in Insurance Sales, or Insurance Process in a BPO
