Promote and explain the dealership's customer loyalty programs, membership perks, and exclusive privileges to customers.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing customers to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Inform customers about exclusive showroom events, vehicle launches, service campaigns, and promotional activities.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system and track loyalty program participation.
Collect customer feedback and escalate concerns to relevant departments for timely resolution.
Achieve monthly targets related to customer enrollment, engagement, retention, and program utilization.
Generate reports on customer participation, loyalty program performance, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Ensure all customer interactions reflect the premium standards and luxury experience of the brand.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
